Movement Research in NYC in partnership with MR's GPS/Global Practice Sharing Program, the Art Stations Foundation and the Institute of Music and Dance are opening a call for application for a 2-week Research Residency.
The call is open for Polish contemporary dance artists (one or two grants depending on the final budget). The offer consists of a two-week research residency at Movement Research in NYC from November 20 throughDecember 4/5, 2016 organized as part of MR's GPS Program. Artist(s)-in-residence will have the opportunity to attend performances and events during the Movement Research Festival Fall 2016 (program forthcoming) as well as take classes and/or workshops taught by MR faculty.
Travel-related expenses including roundtrip international flight, accommodation, per diem, and ground transport will be provided by the Organizers.

- narrative bio (not a CV form) including links to works online
- artist(‘s) statement
- cover letter for the residency – motivation and goals
