A word which is associated with artists: imagination! But a lot of artists actually copy photos and film stills onto canvas or paper. Luc Tuymans one of the central figures in the Art Stations exhibition, drew inspiration in the same way. In the workshop, the children will learn precisely why we trace photos and how to do it. It might even turn out that copying is... creative?
